Michael Sartain

Michael Sartain, Capt, USAF Ret Early Life: Michael was born on October 5th, 1977 in Dallas, Texas to Richard and Maria Adiela Sartain. His mother, a retired maternity nurse of over 40 years, is a native of Medellin, Colombia. His father, a successful financial planner who passed away in 2006, is a native of Dallas, Texas. His father's family is of Colonial British descent, immigrating to North America in the 17th century. Michael grew up in the neighborhood of Lakewood in East Dallas. He attended Woodrow Wilson High School where he was a debate champion, as well as captain of the wrestling and track teams. During college in 1996 he joined the all black Christian fraternity, Gamma Phi Delta. Michael graduated with a BBA in Management Information Systems from The University of Texas at Austin in 2000. Military Career: After 9/11 two of his Christian Fraternity brothers became aviators in the Navy and the Marine Corps. Michael joined the United States Air Force in 2004 to become a navigator on a KC-135 Stratotanker. He served four tours over seas with more than 60 combat missions over Iraq and Afghanistan. He also served as a planning officer at the Combined Air and Space Operations Center (CAOC) during the Military Surge in Afghanistan during the summer of 2009. In 2011 Michael was medically retired from the military at the rank of Captain. Life Coach: In 2008, while still in the Air Force, Michael began interning for a dating and lifestyle company. After the military, his best friend Luke Krogh convinced him to move to Las Vegas to become a dating and lifestyle coach. Luke is currently the CEO of a dating company called Elevated Pick Up. Michael is also close friends with Owen Cook, the founder and CEO of Real Social Dynamics, one of the largest in field dating companies in the world. Michael has given hundreds of speeches to thousands of men across the county dealing with the subjects of enlightenment, personal growth, happiness, health and dating. Las Vegas: Michael Sartain and his partner, entrepreneur and Las Vegas socialite Sancho Van Ryan, currently own and operate Future M3dia Group and their nightlife subsidiary, VivaVegasTV. VivaVegasTV is currently the largest nightlife event company in Las Vegas. The Michael Sartain Show: Michael currently is the host of 'The Michael Sartain Show' on YouTube. The show's subject matter is satirical with episodes such as 'Signs You Might Be A Creeper...', 'Things Women Don't Understand About Men' and 'Reasons You Might Still Be Single'. The show has been featured on several blog sites including Unlooker.com and RSDNation.com The Millionaire Matchmaker: On April 10th, 2014 Michael appears on season 7, episode 17 of Bravo TV's 'The Millionaire Matchmaker' along side Internet celebrity and New York socialite, Justin Ross Lee, owner of Pretentious Pocket. Interests and Hobbies: Michael currently volunteers every week for ThreeSquare.org, Southern Nevada's only food bank. Several events hosted by VivaVegasTV include canned food drives to support ThreeSqure.org. Michael is an avid reader and listener of audiobooks. His favorite book topics are astrophysics, self improvement, social media marketing, evolutionary psychology and biographies. He has read every novel by Tom Clancy, Vince Flynn, John Grisham and several others. His favorite books are 'The Power of Now' by Eckhart Tolle, 'The One Thing' by Gary Keller, 'Catch 22' by Joseph Heller, 'A Song of Ice and Fire' series by George RR Martin, 'Pillars of the Earth' & 'World Without End' by Ken Follett, 'The Millennium Trilogy' by Stieg Larsson, 'The Snowball' (Warren Buffet's Memoirs) by Alice Schroeder, and 'Eleven Rings' by Phil Jackson. Michael is also lifelong fan of the NFL and NBA following the Dallas Cowboys and Dallas Mavericks. His favorite musical genres are Dubstep, Trap Music and Southern Rap.
